As an Account Manager, you will provide our clients exceptional client service through strategic guidance and execution of programmatic advertising campaigns that achieve client business objectives. The job includes pre-sale support, client onboarding, successful campaign delivery, and renewal. 

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy

  • Apply an understanding of client objectives, marketing principles, and Storygize capabilities across ad creative, programmatic native, display, rich media, video, and CTV to develop and present campaign strategies to clients
  • Identify opportunities for program optimization and incremental revenue
  • Provide strategic direction, support, and insights to drive account growth 

Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor and manage program performance/KPIs to identify account risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Create and present campaign performance reports to clients
  • Interpret and apply analytical insights to optimize program(s)

Execution, Process, & Project Management

  • Demonstrate expertise in Storygize platform tools and processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on account and campaign set-up to achieve strategic goals
  • Manage campaign launches across cross-functional teams to ensure strategic, effective, timely, and efficient execution
  • Manage live campaigns for pacing, discrepancies, and reconciling multiple reporting sources

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university
    • 5+ years of total experience with a proven track record in Account Management (digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus)
    • Excellent client service acumen, presentation, and writing skills
    • Creative, self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
    • Track record of working across an organization to get things done
    • Ability to learn quickly and think strategically
    • Proficient in G-Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Platform Sales Director

Description

Storygize is a high-growth programmatic advertising platform partnering with leading brands and agencies to deliver exceptional advertising results.

What you’ll do

As a platform sales director, you will report to the VP of Sales and work to achieve our self-serve advertising platform’s quarterly customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. You will gain a deep understanding of our platform’s capabilities and be responsible for aligning clients’ needs with the best solutions. You will be the lead product advocate and assist our broader sales team when prospects want a self-serve solution.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Aggressively prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities
  • Drive revenue from list of targeted accounts
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified agencies and direct brands
  • Respond to technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Actively lead sales pitches and product demonstrations
  • Develop long-term, trusted relationships with sales prospects and clients
  • Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to understand our product roadmap, existing functionality, prospect/client feedback, and improvement recommendations.

Who you are

You are an experienced DSP operator or salesperson. You understand the core concepts behind marketing, digital advertising, and the role of demand-side platforms within programmatic media. You love learning and mastering new applications and platforms. You have excellent oral and written communication skills, have a positive attitude, appreciate constructive feedback, and take full ownership of your job. 

What you need

  • 3+ years of sales or account management at a DSP, Agency Trading Desk, or similar Programmatic Media AdTech
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital media ecosystem
  • Successful track record of closing business and building lasting client relationships
  • Extremely self-motivated, attention to detail, and desire to deliver results
  • BA or BS degree required

Bonus if you have

  • Experience operating or selling a self-serve DSP product
  • Familiarity with project management and software training disciplines 

Sales Planner

Description

Storygize is a high-growth programmatic advertising platform partnering with leading brands and agencies to deliver exceptional advertising results.

What you’ll do

As a sales planner, you will assist the sales organization meet its revenue goals. You will report to the VP of Sales and support the sales team during the pre-sale process by assembling proposals and revisions. You will gain a detailed understanding of our company’s capabilities and be responsible to coordinate internal stakeholders and develop winning proposals.  

Your responsibilities:

  • Respond to RFPs and meet delivery deadlines
  • Partner with the Sales team to deliver value for customers through pre-sale & post sale tasks by assisting the Sales Directors, Creative Studio, Account Managers and Ad Operations
  • Manage the pre-sales process by developing thoughtful strategies & executing. Including: Strategy sessions with sales, responding to RFIs and handling all RFPs, revisions and Insertion Orders.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned

Who you are

You understand the core concepts behind marketing, digital advertising, and the role of demand-side platforms within programmatic media. You are a strategic thinker who possesses excellent written communication skills and a positive attitude. You value constructive feedback and take full ownership of your job. 

What you need

  • 3-5+ years of digital media strategy,  planning, or buying at a media agency, programmatic trading desk, AdTech platform, or direct brand
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital media ecosystem
  • Proficient with Google Sheets and Slides (or MS Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Extremely self-motivated, attention to detail, and desire to deliver results
  • BA or BS degree required (advertising or marketing degree preferred)

The Storygize Sales Director will have an opportunity to be a part of an innovative company that offers differentiated technology and a performance-based approach to advertising. This role requires an individual with deep knowledge and relationships amongst the digital advertising community on both the planning and buying sides and solid consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Quarterly and annual revenue goal achievement
  • Effectively communicate Storygize’s unique value proposition, technology, and core philosophy
  • Develop and execute strategies for penetrating and driving revenue from key agencies and brands 
  • Customer prospecting, qualification, proposal writing, closing, and launching new campaigns 
  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key decision-makers  
  • Forecast, plan and build a pipeline that will achieve goals
  • Present sales updates to upper management every week
  • Collaborate and work with team members on cross-territory opportunities
  • Contribute to the company’s strategy, collateral, and exponential growth
