Storygize is a high growth marketing and content distribution platform partnering with leading brands and agencies to drive positive marketing outcomes.

What you’ll do in your first year:

You will work to find new customers and deepen existing relationships, become an expert in our customer needs, our capabilities and the competition. Master the challenger sale and meet quarterly and annual revenue goals. Work with company leadership, account managers and ad operations teams to develop winning sales proposals. Represent Storygize as knowledgeable, consultative, media sales professional. Execute regional sales strategies, meet required activity levels and work with account management to expand partnerships with existing clients. 

Snapshot of your first year:

In your first month, you will work with our internal team to understand why we do what we do and get the necessary training to be able to hit the ground running.

After three months, you will have reached the level of expertise to have high volume of meetings in your region that will have converted to your first of many closes to come. 

After six months, you will have made enough of a difference in our client’s businesses that you will have already closed key accounts in your region and be well on your way to growing a large portfolio of successful brands. 

At the one year mark, you will have become an integral part of the Storygize sales team and have contributed to the growth of the company while creating a great volume of happy clients.   

Who you are

You are an experienced media and sales professional. You understand core concepts related to online marketing, advertising and the media mix. As an excellent communicator, you enjoy working with people to solve problems, create new opportunities and make things happen. Passionate and self-motivated to learn, you want to be the best at what you do. You love the start-up environment and are always accountable to your actions and always take the initiative to improve the company and your craft. 

What you need

At least 3-5 years of digital advertising or SaaS sales experience

5-7 years overall business experience in sales, business development or account management

Excitement to work in a startup environment and the willingness to contribute to positive change

Experience building long-lasting client relationships

BS or BA required

Bonus if you have

Digital advertising planner, buyer or agency experience

Native Advertising/Content marketing experience

RTB / Programmatic buying/selling experience

Advanced degree in any related field
