Storygize is a fast-growing programmatic native advertising technology and strategy company. We partner with brands and agencies to transform native advertising from a traffic source into a strategic customer acquisition channel. We are a team of online advertising experts, engineers and product visionaries with over three decades of combined experience in building, leading and selling successful companies in the online advertising space.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for executing internal and external marketing initiatives to support the department. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for providing support to our account management and sales teams.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member who is deadline-driven and extremely detail-oriented. You must be self-motivated, willing to take ownership of tasks, and effectively work from home or the office. Only candidates proficient in Illustrator or InDesign, PowerPoint, and Photoshop will be considered. You must be able to show several examples of your work.

What you need
  • Interest, education or experience in client services, marketing or advertising
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a marketing role 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, Acrobat) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • Google Suite (Google Drive, Filestream, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides)
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to continuously improve processes
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Impeccable time management and prioritization skills
  • Relentless attention-to-detail and QA skills
  • Determination to learn and perfect your job
  • High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Excellent written, copy writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Bonus if you have
  • An understanding of marketing strategy and planning with the ability to identify the right tactics across a multitude of marketing channels
  • Photo & video editing skills
  • Strong graphic design skills
